The International Paper Conservation Partnership Award and the International Paper Environmental Education Award were given annually to recognize two outstanding conservation and environmental education leaders. The International Paper Foundation and The Conservation Fund provided national recognition and $10,000 cash grants to the recipients at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. The final awards were given in 2007.
The 54-member National Forum on Children and Nature, comprised of dynamic public and private leaders, announced the endorsement of 30 creative demonstration projects across the nation that reconnect kids with nature. Read more:
