The Fort A.P. Hill ACUB Partnership brings together diverse partners with common goals to produce uncommon results. The conservation easements in place at Camden Farm create permanent open space, allowing Fort A.P. Hill to continue its training missions and forge positive relationships with its neighbors. At the same time, the easements protect sensitive wildlife habitat; valuable cultural, natural and historic resources and the agricultural way of life for the community’s farmers. The Fund continues to work with the Pratt family to place additional land at Camden Farm under conservation easement.
